About Kemele Construction Limited
Kemele Construction Limited is a 100% locally owned civil engineering and building Construction Company. This Company was established with the sole aim of serving the needs of the people of PNG. Though the cash-flow situation has really depleted in the province over the last couple of years, total perseverance by the company to continue providing services and the support of our clients has enabled us to survive and become one of the leading local companies in the highlands region. We participate with the firm belief, that Papua New Guinea has great potential to develop to become a leading country in the world socially and economically. Though these potentials are there, petty politics compounding with mal-administration and corruption has really hindered the nation’s progress. In view of this, the company, with its Board of Executives has incorporated a strong policy that the company will not at any one time be involved in politics or being seen to be supporting organizations that have political interests and affiliations.

Goals and Objectives
The company’s corporate goal and long term plan is the expansion of its core business in Papua New Guinea; primarily fostered by the projects unfolding from the Mining, and Petroleum boom in the country.
Our current areas of business activities are mostly concentrated on and confined to carrying out only construction works on civil engineering and building projects. However, the company is set on expanding its operations into providing design and management services as well. This will enable us to provide a full design-construct package to our clients; subsequently enhancing our goal of expanding and being a major player in the construction industry in Papua New Guinea. Our future expansions include but not limited to the following.
Kemele Construction Limited anticipates securing, purchasing and developing a suitable quarry to extract raw materials and to set up our own crushing plant which we plan to purchase. Our target markets are the construction companies and real estate developers in Port Moresby.
With the current mining and petroleum boom Papua New Guinea is experiencing and the trend of infrastructure development undergoing in the city, we are looking at a feasible investment with commendable returns.

The company is committed to Pursuing improvements in quality, efficiency and client satisfaction. We believe that our Company’s future success is dependent on client satisfaction and we are committed to assuring the quality of the completed product through the provision of a quality system.
The Kemele Construction Limited Quality Manual outlines the Company Quality system and how it is structured, implemented and maintained in order to guarantee that projects are executed and completed to required quality standards and technical specifications. Our management personnel support the quality system and are committed to its successful application and incorporation into our project implementation and maintenance.
This quality system has been designed generally in accordance with our application for (ISO Certification) AS3902/NZ9002. Kemele Construction Limited is currently moving towards acquiring this accreditation. Kemele also supports other sporting codes, rugby league and rugby union clubs around the country as a major sponsor.
Financial Capability
Kemele Construction Limited has a sound financial capacity supported by its parent company Tribes Investment Group and sister companies: Paradise Tailoring; Paradise Realty; Creative Construction; Paradise Technology.
Kemele Construction also operates accounts with Bank South Pacific (BSP) and ANZ Bank and has subsequently established loan facilities with them respectively. Our audited financial statements can be available upon request and we have credit facilities with several suppliers as well.
