Quality Assurance Policy

This Quality Assurance Policy was compiled and updated on the 1st of January, 2006. It is an ongoing policy of Kemele Construction Limited to strictly ensure that its employees and management are fully committed to the task of observing and adhering in the process to continuously improve and maintain an effective quality control system, which has the following :

1. In all our practices Kemele Construction Limited will fully without any reservations comply with the International and PNG Standard including all standard Professional and Industrial compliant Code Of Practice.

2. Kemele Construction Limited will ensure compliance of all local and intentional quality assurance practices including clause (1) above upper most prior to complete customer satisfaction in the delivery of services and performance of our duties.

3. All employees including the management of Kemele Construction Limited will as a working unit with a clear quality objective be totally involved and committed in achieving a working plan to the utmost and full satisfaction of our clients without in any instance jeopardizing the objective of
quality assurance.

4. Systematically invest in the development of sustainable skills and knowledge of all our employees through ongoing training and forum development to enable them to reach their full potential.

5. Indentify and install methods or systems to continually improve our quality assurance practices in all areas of our business and service operations in order to become o leading recognized company in customer satisfaction and improved management capabilities in country.

6. Continuously develop and improved methods to measure and gauge our practices to enable full compliance of our quality assurance policy so as to continue to provide quality service to our clients.

Safety Assurance Policy

It shall be the policy of Kemele Construction Limited to ensure that its employees, company operation facilities and equipment are managed and/ or operated in a safety conscious and environmental friendly manner.


In due regard it is the utmost wish and practice of Kemele that in executing all contractual obligations we strictly adhere to all international and local health, safety and environment standards.


To comply with all HSE government and other statutory organization laws, regulations, procedures and policies.

1. To focus on customer satisfaction in the delivery of services and performances of our duties while maintaining the highest standards in Health, safety and Environmental Protections.

2. All employees including management will work as a team with a clear HSE directions and be totally involved and committed in achieving HSE objectives. Employees with positive HSE vision and action shall be the condition of employment.

3. Develop the skills and knowledge of all our employees through and ongoing HSE related training and professional development to enable them to reach their full potential to implement GSE task and requirements proficiently.

4. Identify systematic support in the organization, such as planning, scheduling, budgeting and performance management, which are needed to support our SDE effort.

5. To develop methods to measure performance in HSE and reward individual employees or section groups of their HSE accomplishments during the process of normal sties or on major project.
